Todd Bensman testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement at a hearing on Thursday, September 14, 2023. The hearing, “Terrorist Entry Through the Southwest Border,” examined the national security implications of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) open-borders agenda, including how the Biden Administration’s policies have led to record-high encounters of aliens on the Terrorist Watchlist as well as the mass release of unvetted aliens into U.S. communities.
